If you are going to get a refund from the seller are u meant to get the refund first and then send it back to them or are you supposed to send the item back and then they give you a refund

No seller is going to refund before they get the item or the buyer may not bother to send it.

BUT make sure you send it trackable to prove delivery back to the seller in case you have to open a dispute if he does not refund.
