Refunds refused.

I opened a business for a refund, purchases through ebay. provided the return label, the tracking shows that the seller received the return on April 6th! ebay promised to return the money for 3 months, but for some inexplicable reason they did not do it. I broke down and opened a refund case with PayPal. PayPal, having considered the case, refused to return the funds. I have provided a purchase return label, product description from eBay. why did PayPal refuse to return my money? I'm shocked! please tell me who understands what the problem is?

I'm sorry to hear that your transaction didn't turn out as expected. To determine what happened with your dispute, I recommend contacting Customer Support. You can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook private message or Twitter direct message.
