Is anyone else having trouble with Paypal messaging system. I seem unable to write a response, as it wont let me enter data in the box.
I am writing this here as they make it hard to get their attention any other way, the next option is through social media.
They should be claiming back my full refund, but they are not perusing it, because I was send partial refund. I don't see anywhere in the banking regs that says, partial refunds negates the banks responsibilities
