Refunds from these Crooks

It is horrible that this company continues to exist and advertise to people in the USA after such a horrid history of scamming and down right thievery.  I have been fighting with them for almost a year (6/29/18), to no avail.  I thought we are protected form this type of piracy.  How do I get my money back from them?
