Refunds for unauthorized transactions

Dear All,

Friday it was the unauthorized paypal account activity. I didnt get any email or paypal message, but I had my cardguard sms on this transaction.

I called my bank (Hungary) and I have been locked my card. When I wanted to login I saw my account closed. I didnt get any information this transaction, but only my bank statements. 

The question is - where I can get my money?

I have emailed them about this and have only automated responses.

Did you ever get it fixed? I know it's happened on mine a few times but every time I had to keep calling and not let up on them.
