Hi I sold an item, posted it and within less than a week the buyer opened a dispute to say not received. Ive never had this Before (dispute raised) so I thought I know the post is slower due to COVID so I emailed the buyer and said why not wait a little longer to see if it arrived and if not I’ll refund you. No problem. I then decided it’s not worth the hassle after googling disputes so I refunded the buyer. I went into negative PayPal and had all sorts of issues with that. Then the buyer has been refunded again through eBay PayPal! Again putting me in negative. Can eBay not see I refunded them? I did through eBay. I don’t understand it’s like the dispute can’t see I issued a refund. Can anyone help? Thanks
