I refunded a buyer who purchased a necklace from me for his gf because he claimed it was fake, which it was not but I had never had an issue before and he was sending me 8 messages a minute and I didn't want to argue, he started off saying he got it authenticated at his local boutique (he picked up the item at the post office at 9pm and messaged me under a half hour saying this) I asked him what boutique because I knew it was real and then he wouldn't say where, a few minutes later he said that online he had been comparing it and one of the beads looked off (saying he had actually not gone to the boutique and just made it up). we agreed that he'd send my item back after I refunded him and it's been 2 months and nothing, I've emailed him asking him to return it and no response, what do I do.
