Hi I opened a case with Paypal and after few weeks, I got full refund as the Item was not received. However after receiveing the refund, I received the item, Now the seller has requested a pay the actual amount. What is my Legal stand in terms of Payment? Shall I pay the full amount or return the item or deny the payment?
Well personally i would either pay them again OR return the item back to the seller, if there was something wrong with the item then i would ask for a return shipping label but if i just decided not to keep it then i would return it at my own expense.
As for legally we are not lawyers on here BUT if the seller is in the same country as you then they may have the option to file for their payment via the small claims court?
