Refund

So i got fooled by uber,

i payed food on uber with paypal,

after the food did not get here, the uber driver probably kept it for him, I asked for a refund on uber,

it did not work, uber is not the best at refunds, it instead gave me a 20 percent discount that i dont want nor need.

So i thought paypal might be able to refund me, 

Nop the cancelled my refund request because uber already claimed the money. 

What do i do ???

I'm stuck and ripped off
