Why is it so hard to get a refund? I didn't receive an item purchased via eBay but I still haven't been refunded even with all the buyer protection guarantees !!! I have jumped through every hoop that eBay has put in front of me and even supplied me with a letter of non delivery from the courier Yodel. I opened a dispute with PayPal and they closed it with no explanation?? How difficult can it be it doesn't arrive, you provide proof, you receive a refund !!!! Is it me or is that to simple. ???
