Has anyone else been denied a refund when clothing items are returned to seller because they didn't fit? At this point, seller has the items (returned per their instructions) but both seller and PayPal have refused to refund the over $100 I paid. Is this the way they always do business??

Paypal has ruled disputes in the favor of scammers and fraudsters before so this wouldn't really surprise me. This was even after in their messages stating that yeah we will get you your money back. We are on your side and I had protection even for this their protection meant nothing at all.

Thousands daily get refunds so if you didn't then their would be a reason.

Did you .......

open a dispute for items received but not as described (if they were).

did you escalate to a claim.

did paypal find in your favour.

did they tell you to return the items trackable to the seller.

did you give paypal the return tracking information.

did you activate the link to get help with return costs as below.
