I ordered meals from MacDonalds through Uber and when it arrived there were 5 fries short. Uber’s refund was only for one and could not get any response from them. Contacted PayPal about it thinking they would cover the missing items but all I got was ‘it’s doesn’t fall within our billing dispute criteria’ . I thought I would be covered for missing items. Has this happened to anyone else?
