In general, once a transaction has been completed, you would not be able to cancel it. It seems like you disputed the transaction as unauthorised. If you made the payment, this would be the incorrect option to choose. If there is an issue with the transaction, you can file a dispute in case you don't receive the item, or in case you receive an item that is not as described. Here is more information:
