Refund

I opened a case in the resolution centre stating  that I hade been sent fake goods and that I had sent them back. It was from a seller on eBay. I gave the seller bad feedback as I couldn’t get a refund , they replied with please review your bad feedback and we will give you a refund . Despite all this. The seller, eBay , and PayPal refused to give me a refund so I’m £20 out of pocket.
l won’t be dealing with eBay or PayPal much more in the future .

Shame you didn't open an ebay dispute for item received but not as described and then ebay would have requested the seller to send you a shipping label to return the item, as soon as you did  you would have had a refund.

OR

if too late for an Ebay dispute (30 days) then you could have opened one with paypal who if they found in your favour would have given you the address to return the item back to and then refunded you when tracking showed it as delivered.

You would then have been able to claim the return postage costs via this link.

Sounds as if you didn't do either dispute correctly???
