Refund?

So I’ve not received an item I paid for over two months ago now, I’ve went through the resolution centre and so on and the case was closed because I didn’t provide information? But I sent through everything they asked for, I’ve still not received it and I thought the point of PayPal was to protect instances like this? But here I am no refund and not revived the item I brought Anyone know what I can do?
