Guys, i need help. Back in late december i bought something and the item were not same as described. I issue a refund on resolution center. I argued with the seller for about 2 weeks. The seller admit his mistake and at the same time the seller is toying with me not taking things seriously. Since i can't see the seller want to cooperate i proceed to paypal intervene. After 2 weeks PayPal just close my case claiming i make a false accusation on seller. I have a proof and text from a seller he made a mistakes in listing. I don't feel paypal is helping in this dispute. I need help. Please advice.

Sadly as you haven't said which dispute you opened and if you escalated to a claim then can't advise.
