Today (17th Jan 2021) I received a refund amount of Rs 1978.00 from Ease Trip Planners Limited under transaction id.: 8MK75063JC248593H through original purchase which was done on 14th March 2020.
The Rs 600 voucher redeemed by me at Axelia Solutions got deducted in this refund the rest of the amount Rs 1378.00 was credited to my debit card <removed>with the result the amount has not been reflected in my bank account viz <reoved>.
Request you to credit the amount in my PayPal account instead of my debit card account ASAP.
