Please help me what to do, I had a buyer who file a refund. It’s my first time to encounter a refund and i dont know how to funds my account. So i decided to send the money directly to this buyer as a refund to his purchase but paypal debitted my account twice, the one that i sent and the one that needs refund on my account. I dont know that it will be going to double charge. I file a dispute and said that it’s an unauthorized transaction but paypal did not honor it and case is closed. I talked to my buyer but he said that he already responded to the refund because its not close on his part. Now, the problem is he already gave me my refund but paypal tell me that there is no refund to be processed because it’s already closed. I also call my bank but they can’t help me because its all happened in one transaction at a time.
