Refund

I am requesting a refund and they have yet to get back to me about anything? Is there anything I can do so that I get my refund back? besides waiting forever because the other party won't answer me?

Which dispute did you open?

Have you escalated to a claim?

Has paypal made any decision?

I just filed a dispute. I'm new to paypal but after reading your comment I looked up how to file and did. I will keep you updated if anything happens that I need advice on. @kernowlass
