Refund

I ordered a strimmer and all I received are 2 blades. I am offered a refund of my initial purchase price if I return the 2 blades with a tracking number. This is expensive from Ireland is it possible for he Vendor to deduct the cost of the 2 blades from the refund.

With claims paypal does not deal in part returns or refund, that would have been for you to have sorted out in the dispute part of the claim.

Once escalated the only option is a full return of items received for a full refund.
