Refund?

I paid a deposit for an item recently. Because it took so long to arrive, I cancelled the order.

On the website where I bought it, it said that it is possible to cancel and that they will send the money back through PayPal. 

They confirmed in an email that they sent it back, this is 2 weeks ago. I still don't have a confirmation in my PayPal account and I suspect that the company didn't send me the money. I opened a 'billing issue' claim, but it was denied because it's not a 'billing issue'. What can I do to get my money back?

Dispute the original transaction as Item Not Received

 

"If someone refuses to refund your money, but you feel you’re entitled to a refund, you may open a dispute in the Resolution Center, within 180 days of the payment date, provided your issue meets certain criteria."
