So my bank card was charged twice by pay pal for a purchase that didn’t go through. I’m trying to get a hold of them and make a dispute so they can refund me the money but idk how or who to contact , any help please ?
What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?
1. Pending (with a clearance date) 2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option. 3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option. 4. Payment or Sent. 5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date. 6. Pending awaiting authorisation.

It says Pending but with no cancel option, I was trying to use their new 4-payment method, the purchase never went through from the merchant but checked my bank account and noticed I was charged, twice by PayPal. So my thing is, I don’t want to be charged that amount 6 more times for a purchase that never went through.
