The Issue:
Purchased and item (camera) reliased company was in Hong Kong. Funds left my account immediately. The purchase was made in error and was no longer requited. I have requested a refund and the company have informed me that they 'will pay' however no refund has been received yet. Enquired with Paypal who said that I need to deal with company directly and that the 'case is closed'. I am confused as on previous occasions a refund has been issued immediately and the transaction has been transparent. Emails have been and exchanged but by the tone of the email there seems to be a reluctance and excuses are being given. For example 'It takes time for ''Paypal to process the refund''.
Any advice would be helpful as the funds owed are nearly £400.00 and have just been made redundant this is a lot to lose.

Paypal does not cover 'buyer remorse' if you just change your mind.
They cover you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.
Not sure what dispute you opened ??
Advice is voluntary.
