I received a wallet from Vietnam not as described in July 30, 2020 & filed a claim right away. Returned package 9/8/2020, sent tracking info to Paypal that same day. Paypal was to settle claim today. They settled it by turning down my claim of $139.00 because they say I didn't provide tracking info.
I have proof that I did and they have it on file. I cannot reach them concerning this because they have closed the case. Please help me in how I can reach Paypal.
