Ordered a pink case with keyboard for my cell phone they sent me an empty black case. Finally after two months they agree to a full refund but I have to pay to send the wrong case back. Which is 20.00. That hardly seems fair since it was their mistake not mine. How do I key PayPal know that’s no fair.And I can’t except their offer.
