I opened an unauthorized payment dispute on a PayPal transaction. PayPal didn’t consider it unauthorized. It’s been over 3 weeks since i ‘placed’ my order for the item, and I haven’t received the product. since I had already filed a previous claim on the transaction, PayPal is telling me I can’t open another dispute. I’ve been in contact with the seller and they are refusing to give me updates or refund my money. This was an unauthorized purchase to begin with and now I’m not even going to receive the item. I would just like a refund and to be done with this whole thing.
