Hi 

 

I have currently claimed a case in Resolution Centre and is still open. This is against a purchase I made from the seller who has taken money out from my account. He has issued me invoice for this purchase but no more information has been given by the seller since then. The purchase was made on 16th May and I have still not received my item. I was wondering if I can get a definite refund for this purchase as the dispute claim case resolution date is 14th June and I cant wait until then.

If you have opened a dispute for non receipt of item AND escalated it to a claim then you just have to wait it out until paypal get around to reviewing it.

They are inundating i think at the moment with disputes involving tat being sent from China websites often on Facebook etc.
