I made a purchase on January 07 2020.  It looked as if the company was charging me twice for the product.

One of these payments went through immediately.  The other "pending".  After a couple of days, I made a dispute of unauthorized payment to PayPal.  After a couple of more days I got a "Dispute Denied" from PayPal since the other transaction didn't go through.    Subsequently, the order that did go through and was paid, has not been submitted for shipment and as seen above, it is still pending at the at the origin from the supplier.  I have looked online and seen where this company has numerous fraudulent transactions.  I have sent numerous emails to the supplier, to no avail.  I went to put in another dispute for "No Delivery of Goods" and cannot get in touch with PayPal due to the previous case being closed.  How can I go about getting a refund on this matter?
