Refund

Received an item not as described, requested refund, seller not keen, opened a dispute, seller agreed to refund. Returned item then received 'refund pending' on my account. PayPal closed the case. Refund was then cancelled, seller is not answering emails, how do i get my money back?

I am sorry to hear the refund has been cancelled. We will need to appeal the claim for you in order to secure a refund from the seller's account. Please contact us by phone, email, Facebook or Twitter for further assistance.
