My refund was cancelled. I just bought a toy from a scammed website. And PayPal has no buyer protection so I had no refund. The PayPal resolution center said my refund is cancelled and no refund. How do I get my money back?

I am sorry to hear that this happened! Did you file a case on the transaction? If no, you can do so by clicking 'Report a problem' in your Resolution Centre. If yes and the case was closed in your favour but the refund was cancelled, please contact our Customer Service directly. If the case was not closed in your favour, I am afraid that we would not be able to offer you a refund.
