I’m having issues getting a refund from PayPal they tell me I need to call my bank for a charge back, the bank are saying PayPal should be refunding as the goods received are not as advertised and evidence has been provided to PayPal. Has anyone any tips what to do next as the person I spoke to was very rude and spoke over me the whole time and wasn’t particularly friendly or helpful. Thank you

How did you pay for the goods, was it friends/family or goods/services?

Did you open a dispute for 'item received but not as described'?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did paypal then deny you the claim and if so what reason?
