I was view for an item which does not have any shipping cost at the beginning. When I logged in to place the order at the very end its indicated for extra money for shipping so I didn't click on the confirm and pay option I left this page. Later I got an email that my order has been confirmed. So I changed my mind and I want to get it. Its has been long the seller is not shipping the item and doesn't want to refund me. And even PayPal is refusing my claim. I have always trusted PayPal and I never made any payments without using PayPal because I completely trusted if there would be an issue at least PayPal will help. I am very upset with this decision and I seek the community to help please
