Spoke to PayPal on the 2nd of July about a refund and they said no problem we will get you your refund, first we will contact the seller telling them to refund you and then wait 11 days , if you haven’t had a refund by then we will refund you ourselves! I waited 14 days and nothing! Spoke with PayPal today and they now tell me they can’t do anything even tho they said they would! Not sure what to do now other than making a formal complaint??? Please help.
