So this lady was suppose to ship me some shoes and seen legit and all asked for my info to ship to and stuff I sent money and said would ship in the morning never did just blocked my number unacceptable just got scammed I thought PayPal was secure but I was denied in my dispute, thanks please help !

How did you 'fund' the paypal payment ie which funding source?

Which dispute did you open?

Did you escalate it to a claim?

What was paypals decision?
