I'm sorry to hear that you're in a position to look for a refund on a payment. If the payment was for goods or services, it would have been important to select goods/services as the type of payment, in order to have purchase protection and the ability to open a dispute in the event of any issues. A payment made as a friends and family payment is not subject to the same coverage, as there is no expectation of exchange of any items.
If it was intended to be a gift and you'd simply like the recipient to refund you, you can contact the recipient through the email address or phone number that the payment was sent to, and ask them to refund the payment. They are not under any obligation to do so, however.
