Tried to get a refund from Elegchic, CHICV international and PayPal denied it because they gave a tracking number. Even though in the messages they even admit they didn’t send the boots. I’m out $80. Don’t order from this company. And PayPal did nothing to help. I can’t find an appeal process anywhere.
