Hi How long does it normally take for disputes to be resolved please through the dispute centre? Also how do you claim back the postage to return it to the seller please? Many thanks Vicky

You open a dispute.

You can escalate to a claim 7 days post payment.

You MUST escalate before 20 days post opening are up.

If Paypal find in your favour then 'normally' they refund / review within 48 hours of that deadline given to the seller.

 

However.............

 

Seems to be a delay on reviewing claims.

You can either wait it out or contact customer services for an update.

 

As for claiming back postage............ did you activate the below link at any time prior to making the transaction?

https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns

 

If so then click on the transaction in your Paypal account and the link to claim the refund is at the bottom of that 'details' page.
