Refund

I opened a dispute which has been escalated to a claim. Seller to respond by 2nd July. Still waiting, this is now the 9th. What do I do next? 1st time I've done this.

Lots of posts on the same issue in the last few days.

Seems to be a delay on reviewing claims.

You can either wait it out or contact customer services for an update.
