Ok so i ordered some items from an online store and when it came time to check out i had the option to use a link called paypal express and i didn't need to create a paypal account. Well the items i ordered i have not received and am requesting my funds to be put back on my card. But i am not sure how to begin the process. I have tried to contact the company via email, facebook, and twitter. The company does not have a phone number for me to call.
