I’m still waiting for a refund from europarts.com via PayPal, I used PayPal thinking I had safety and protection but it’s not seeming that way....
on other forums europarts has a bad reputation on customer service and getting refunds, the company is hoping most customers don’t realise the refund hasn’t credited their account and they can keep the money... this seems to be well known,yet why did PayPal allow me to use this website??
