Having a real problem with Paypal support. I bought an item back in May on eBay as a preorder. The item was not sent. Called eBay and they said the user was deleting his account and I should contact PayPal. Made the mistake by choosing unothorised transaction and it should have been item not received. 614 pounds. My claim was rejected again. Calling support again tommorow.
