I purchased a item from a company that was listed as Besto on 11/25/2020. I finally located the package and the name was Collections ETC. How was I to know it was the same company. I returned the item Feb 3,2021 and the tracking stated they received the item on Feb 6, 2021 tracking #1ze1r7950399922422. The package had no return package info or slip. I had to pay 25.00 to return it. I know they closed the case but I need my money back. They have not sent me anything or credited my pay pal account. I am requesting you help. I sent the package to Collections ETC <removed> Melrose Park IL <removed>.
