I opened a claim and then the seller said they would send product and asked if I could close claim. I thought issue was solved so I closed the claim. Now- company still did not resend the found package. I want to open a claim but PayPal won’t let me open a new dispute on the transaction. Help

NEVER close a dispute / claim until you have a refund or your item.
If not escalate to a claim.
Do not close it or he can ignore you and you can't open a second dispute OR re-open a closed one.


Advice is voluntary.
