So I've been kicked out of paypal. My balance has finally become available. Unfortunately my wallet was recently stolen so I don't have pay pal card or my old debit card . so now I can't transfer my money to new card because theres a problem with my account but when I go to the resolution center it says I'm not allowed to use the resolution center cuz I no longer on PayPal so I have no way of getting ahold of anybody to request a check not sure what to do

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
