Somebody requested a refund off me and won the case paypal have now sent a letter saying i need to pay it however she has not sent the item back what do?
If the buyer has proved its fake OR not able to be sent in the post for whatever reason then paypal does not always require them to return the item, however you would need to issue a refund.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
