Is there anyway to talk to a real person at PayPal. I did not receive my item. The seller sent us something I did not order and wants $10 for me to return it. I have filed a dispute and resolution center three times and now they say me it’s too late - I had until on or before the 26. Why did the resolution center that I filed my complaint with never respond when I sent it to them three days in a row.
