I purchased a product but when my parcel arrived I was sent ther wrong item. So I opened a claim on here as due to Covid I wasn't able to get in touch with the seller. They responded and asked me to send my item back which I have. They have until tomorrow to respond with further info for confirmation; my item has been delivered as it was sent with tracking so I can see and this was also uploaded to my claim. But my question is they aren't very quick at responding from what I've seen so if they don't respond by the expected date (6th June) what happens with my claim.

I wouldn't worry about it since that's their responsibility to respond and thats why Paypal gave them the cut off date. if they don't reply then likely paypal will close the case and go with what you have provided. GL
