The item will not reach the seller in that time .

It needs 3 weeks to make the return post. The seller has set a unrealistic  return delivery  time.

I will accept the 1st refund offer of $10 us.

Thanks  i used the phone but only got robotic  loop. No real person.

I will try again on Monday.  There is not enough  time to return post the item.

So the resolution  case will close before he would receives the item. His email address  doesn't  work.
