I made an online purchase using PayPal without making a PayPal account I have a rec number how would I dispute the transaction when it's not showing in my activity list ( I have since made a PayPal account)

Contact customer service and provide the receipt ID number to file a dispute:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
