I returned an item to an eBay seller it was listed incorrectly the tracking states its been delivered but the seller will not refund

I did but also opened a PayPal one didn't realise I had done that anyway eBay have closed it as the PayPal one has yet to be decided. EBay found in my favour and we're going to refund however can't now because of the PayPal one

Dthe seller was really annoyed at my returning it even though it wasn't what she said it was so I am thinking she is just being difficult

Then you need to await the outcome of the paypal dispute, shame you opened a paypal one before the ebay dispute had sorted it for you.
